1. X-Ray Spectrometer Alignment Guide

For Rowland circle geometry based spectrometer alignment, we suggest to use two steps to do this job. First, use a laser point to do laser alignment; second, use x-ray to do fine alignment. Here we have detail instruction for those alignments (click here)
